Return Policy

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item you received is malfunctioning upon first use, please contact us immediately. If determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide a new replacement item.

Warranty Claims

Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If the product is defective and under warranty, Elexhub Electronics will apply the warranty on the product depending on the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
